Treeton Community Gala

The Community Gala is an annual event which follows in the tradition of the 'Fun Day' to provide an event to act as a focus for the community for the summer.

Gala 2006 - fun in the 'sun'!

This year's Gala took place on Saturday 12th August, from 12.00noon to 4.00pm, at the playing fields on Washfield Lane.

As usual the Gala Committee had made sure there was plenty to do and see, with a wide variety of stalls and attractions, including fairground rides for the little ones and a falconry display. Despite the cloud cover the weather remained fair, and a great afternoon was enjoyed by everyone who came along.
